Taking Flight–
Hi Friends!
This is Michelle bringing you exciting news for 2025. After thirty years of ministry service, the Lord has called me to a new place of building His Kingdom. He’s exhorted me to come alongside amazing ministry leaders, such as yourselves, to be a safe place to process and plan with, equip, and strengthen. As I’m rounding out this past season into the new, God’s grace has been abundant as He clearly opened a pathway for this ministry venture, named InPower Partnerships, to take flight.
I’m thrilled and honored to exercise my gift of encouragement on a new level and reach deeper depths with YOU and others God brings to me. I am beyond blessed to have such an amazing group of Kingdom teammates already! Locking arms and locking shields for the Lord is one of my favorite things to do and I am expectant for what paths He is going to put us on collectively to advance His purposes. Thank you for your partnership as I extend myself to serve ministries and organizations in this new way.
I plan to share a monthly newsletter with things on my heart along with a few resources I think might encourage you where you are right now. Check out the first episode of my new podcast! More to come. This is going to be quite a year - and we get to walk through it together. How amazing is that?
Navigating Transitions
The "old" is in the past. The "new" is unknown territory. The "now" is right here and could be flooded with uncertainty, yet you are taking steps of faith with the Lord. It's a season, but do you find certain days to be especially difficult or certain days to be especially life-giving? What is the Lord's invitation to you today?
Father,
I thank you for these FAITHFUL and FAITH-FILLED leaders today as they are taking steps of faith today! In their leadership season, would they find you PRESENT, NEAR, and SOVEREIGN! As they navigate the old, the new, and the now -- may they see your hand guiding them and strengthening them! As they yield to your love today, may their hearts and minds remain steadfast! I honor these leaders today, Lord! Praying your immense blessing over them!
