Cultivate a Culture of Clarity–

Happy February, Team!

Praying this message finds you eager and hungry for all the Lord has for YOU and for your TEAM! He is faithful and you are His. I was recently at an eye doctor appointment. I remember sitting in the optometry seat and the doctor asked me the question I knew would make me cringe! He said, “How long has it been since you changed your lenses?” UGH!! TOO long for his liking for SURE!

But, I did hear the Lord in that question into leadership! I LOVE how the Lord takes our everyday coming(s) and going(s) and literally drops in spiritual truths! That experience made me think about clarity versus confusion in leadership and on teams and ask what causes confusion and what brings clarity. As Kingdom leaders, we always have an adversary roaming about, but moreover we always have the Spirit of GOD living and breathing giving us all we need to lead and love our team(s) as unto the Lord. Clarity is a catalyst for Kingdom advancement…as a TEAM!

Father, I thank you for these leaders you have chosen, called, and raised up for such a time as this! May your WORD fill their minds, rule their hearts, and guide their feet. May you grant them and grace them with immense WISDOM from Heaven. Bless the work of their hands and of their hearts! In Jesus Name, Amen.

Cultivate a Culture of Clarity

I want to drop in some exhortation around creating a culture of clarity on your team(s). Here are some leadership nuggets to encourage you in that today. Creating a Culture of Clarity:

• brings unity to the team in ensuring that there are clear goals and action steps to help bring alignment and focus.

• brings wisdom and understanding to organizational processes and decision-making to cultivate clear direction.

• brings exceptional communication and transparency for a transference of trust and cohesion on the team.
