I see the Leader in You!

Friends!

Our little girl has been learning to ride her bike. For months she has been afraid to put her pedals back on and ride without training wheels. Through this process, we have been cheering her on right by her side. It began to frustrate her that she was afraid of falling. She really wanted to “take-off!” This past weekend she overcame her fear and wanted us to put her pedals back on. And, in a wide open space…she TOOK OFF! Overcoming…she is now unstoppable!

I sense that in our leadership at times too – fear of the unknown or the knowing can hold us back, pin us down, and attempt to sabotage our faith and forward movement. I pray today that we recognize the enemy's tactics of shame, blame, doubt, fear, and lies, and identify and call it out. I pray today that as you hear the Father’s truth, grace, love, and peace … you TAKE OFF! And, you too – are unstoppable for the Kingdom!

Father in Heaven, I thank you for these leaders that you have chosen, called, and extended assignments to. They carry your heart for their teams and for the mission you have entrusted to them. I pray that you would encourage their hearts today, fortify their faith today, and release your peace through them today. I pray for your immense provision for them in every arena of their lives! May you bless and multiply what is in their hands today! In Jesus’ Name, amen.
