Leading after Loss - You are not alone.
Leaders,
If you are finding yourself in the wake of loss today and finding the strength to lead an uphill climb to be near impossible, you are not alone. In these next episodes, we are going to tackle leading after loss; as well as leading in and through loss. It is my prayer that we can join together on a path of healing and discover leadership strategies to navigate new beginnings.
“Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.” (2 Corinthians 4:16-17)
Father in Heaven,
Thank you for Your Faithfulness, even when we are not. Thank you for Your sovereign plans that we cannot see. Thank you for Your redemptive plans that we can not perceive. Thank you for YOUR plans that we cannot comprehend. Your faithfulness knows no limits. We truly want to live a life and experience a story with YOU that reveals and leaves us in awe of Your love and power.
In Jesus’ Name, amen.
