Encouragement as you Walk with Jesus–
Once we were at an event and our little girl said she wanted me to record her “Never Give Up” Preach (not speech; but preach). I wish I could show you the video! Absolutely adorable! But, one line she said was, ”when you fall, just get back up and dust yourself up.” (Not off, but up.) Such wise words from a five year old at the time. Leading after loss while navigating grief and braving new beginnings offers a path forward with healing.
As leaders, and I know for me personally, loss can toss us into shame, doubt, shock, confusion, and feelings of failure. We can experience a vulnerability like none other. Today, I want to encourage you to walk through and on the path with Jesus and safe trusted friends toward life and life to the full. You are not alone! I am praying for you today.
“I pray that out of His glorious riches He may strengthen you with power through His Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power together with all the saints to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ.” (Ephesians 3:16-18)
