The Visionary and the Iplementer
My husband, Ked, is an absolute visionary! He sees further than me. He sees all the potential and capacity of what could be. He is always up for an adventure in any realm! This used to make me nervous! I had so many questions and wanted to know all the details before taking our leaps of faith. What we came to realize is that this is a beautifully fashioned partnership designed by the Lord. The rhythm of exercising both gifts of envisioning and implementing, side-by-side, has been such a gift.
In all of our cultures within our organizations as teams, we see the value that both visionaries and implementers bring to the table! Each provides much needed strength to the whole. In any given stage or season of an organization, when we capitalize on what each one brings, we are so much more effective! When we give space for the visionary to ideate and space for the implementor to ensure all the details are upheld in the most excellent way, we are stronger and operating as God intended.
Father in Heaven, Thank you for each leader today! Thank you for the teams they have been entrusted with by YOU. We know we are so much more effective when we can lean in and on YOU and one another. Thank you for uniquely designing us in ways that propel us in the direction of accomplishing what you call us to. Thank you for fashioning us in only the way that YOU can to serve YOUR heart! In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
