Unity as you Lead
I had the unique privilege of just returning from serving with an organization in Kansas. I love being able to be on-location and in-person with leaders and their teams. There is just something about watching and observing teams flowing from unity. An aligned team is an effective team!
I am so excited to process this topic of unity as you lead. It is paramount to the fruitfulness of our missional work to understand the immense priority to guard the gate of our leadership - in mind and heart when it comes to unity being infused in the culture of our organizations. Father in Heaven, I thank you for each and every leader today! May you infuse each leader with your immense peace and presence. Father, would you sustain them as they walk out unity in their leadership and cultivate unity on their teams and in their cultures. May they know and experience that your GRACE is sufficient. Fill them as they steward their callings today! In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
