Look Back, Look Within, Look Ahead
Amazing leaders; wow! I just finished an exercise of ”looking back” to January 1st of 2025. I took some time to record each day, each week, and each month of coming alongside you and your organizations. We, together, were able to see, experience, and walk out some incredible leadership “learns”, challenges, and WINS!
This was a big leap of faith for InPower Partnerships in 2025! I still have my little teal post-it note on my desk. I asked the Lord, "Do you have a focus for me this year?" I sensed and wrote down the phrase, “Leap Year.” And, boy was it! I learned so much through the launch of InPower Partnerships. Most of all, we learned and will continue to learn the best ways to serve your organizational needs so that your teams reach their fullest potential.
We are very excited about our 2026 vision and strategy. We are going to concentrate going deeper with you, spending more time with you, and lengthening our investment into your growth and development. We know the Lord has increased momentum for all of you as you serve His heart and we want to come alongside to hold your arms up!
Father in Heaven, thank you for every leader we have had the privilege to serve and come alongside. Each leader is so uniquely gifted by you and for you. You have MORE you want to accomplish in and through each one. May your grace sustain them as they finish strong. May your wisdom ready their hearts and hands for the new season. We bless, honor, and thank you for each one!
