I had the privilege of sitting on a leadership call a couple weeks ago. We were talking about how vital a pillar of clarity is within an organization. The image of a stool came to mind: three intentional legs of clarity, order, and alignment. Especially as we uphold a Kingdom culture these pillars of solidarity matter! There is too much at stake if we do not “guard the gate” by ensuring we are extremely intentional to lead with clarity.
